Policies

REGISTRATION:

• In order for me to use everyone's class time for effective teaching (instead of chasing registrations, sign-ins, and payments) Pre-Registration and Pre-Payments are required for all privates and classes. 

​

• A Positive class/private balance is required to register for any private lesson or group class.  Zero balance and expired class packages will not allow you to register for classes.​

​

• There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect.  In order to not be charged for a cancelled private lesson or group class please call early so that other students may use your appointment time.

​

​

PURCHASES

• Packages expire the same amount of months as there are classes in the package.  A 4 class/private package expires in 4 months, a 10 class/private package expires in 10 months. 

​

• You may renew expired packages by purchasing a new package of equal or greater value. 

​

• Packages that have been expired for over one year are not available for renewal. 

​

• Packages are non-refundable non-transferable, except within the same immediate family.

PRIVATE LESSONS AND GROUP CLASSES:

• Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please arrive early and be prepared to start at the beginning of your class time.​

​

• Private Lessons do not indicate the you will have the entire building to yourself.  Only that you will have the undivided attention of your teacher for the duration of the class. There may be other private lessons or group classes on the floor sharing the music and space during your lesson.

​

• Group Classes do not require a partner, you will have an opportunity to dance with everyone.  However if you do come with a partner, in order to maximize your learning, you will be asked to dance with everyone. Don't worry, they are learning just like you!

• Hand sanitizer is available. You are welcome to make use of it.

​

• Please DO NOT come to to the studio if you are unwell.

McRaven Ballroom is a private business and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 

​

We will not serve customers whose presence interferes with the safety and well-being of other patrons and the establishment itself.
