Policies

​PURCHASES:

• Class Packages are available so that you may pre purchase several class credits for a small discount. This also helps you quickly and efficiently register for classes without having to pay each week.

• Packages expire the same amount of months as there are credits in the package.  A 4 credit package expires in 4 months, a 10 credit package expires in 10 months. 

• Packages are non-refundable, and non-transferable except within the same immediate family.

REGISTRATION:

• Pre-registration is required for each class. This will help me make the most of everyone's class time and teach effectively, instead of spending time on the computer registering walk-in students into the class.

• Without pre-registration there may not be a spot available in class for you. Nor will you receive notifications in the event of a cancellation due to weather or emergency.

PRIVATE LESSONS AND GROUP CLASSES:

• Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please arrive early to check in, warm up. Be prepared to start at the beginning of your class time.​

• Private Lessons do not indicate the you will have the entire building to yourself.  Only that you will have the undivided attention of your teacher for the duration of the class. There may be other private lessons or group classes on the floor sharing the music and space during your lesson.

• Group Classes do not require a partner, you will have an opportunity to dance with everyone.  However if you do come with a partner, in order to maximize your learning, you will be asked to dance with everyone. Don't worry, they are learning just like you!

​CANCELLATIONS:

• Thank you for valuing my time. I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule. This gives other students the opportunity to use time you reserved, and allows me to keep the schedule running efficiently. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full lesson fee.

• HEALTH AND WELLNESS​:

• Hand sanitizer is available. You are welcome to make use of it.

• Please DO NOT come to to the studio if you are unwell.​

McRaven Ballroom is a private business and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  We will not serve customers whose presence interferes with the safety and well-being of other patrons and the establishment itself.
